Time & Score Keeping Official Pathways

NOCP Pathways for Time & Score Keeping Officials are under development. The NOCP Pathways for Time & Score Keeping Officials will provide a consistent, standard training framework for provinces and officials.

During our intended pilot roll-out of 2026 - 2028 provinces will not be required to deliver Time & Score Keeping Official training in accordance with the NOCP Pathways. 

Learning Pathways consist of multiple training modes that combine to ensure that we teach the fundamental time & score keeping skills. 

The Pathways may consist of:

• Self-directed eLearning
• Manual documentation
• Testing

There are no plans for evaluations or supervision for Time & Score Keeping Officials. Nor is there an expectation of scheduled certification maintenance activities. It is possible that there could be adhoc maintenance requirements in response to changes to the rules of the game that could directly impact these roles.
